Shipping:

We ship worldwide.

We ship with GLS courier or UPS.

Shipping costs for Italy is 9€ and it takes up to 72h to arrive.

For UE countries, rates start from 15€ (it really depends on the weight and size of the parcel). Shipping time is approx 5/7 working days.

International flat rate strats from 39€. Shipping time is approx 10/14 working days.

Please note that custom orders need at least 4weeks for us to produce them since they’re all handmade. If you want to know in detail how long it will take for your order to be delivered, please contact us at info@spaghettirugs.com.

Due to COVID-19 situations, shipping may be subjected to delays.

Duties & Taxes: 

We ship to our EU customers with duty & taxes paid.

Delivery to customers outside the EU are liable for any duties & taxes incurred once the parcel reaches the destination country.

Returns:

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Products that can’t be returned are:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom made products
  • Damaged products
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • We can’t refund products returned after 14 days

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, your name and why you’d like to return the good.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Once a custom design has been approved, we can’t refund or make exchanges to it.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We are unable to replace items. If you want to change an item please send back the product and place a new order with the correct item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail us and we’ll get back with the correct address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time for the return may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Failed delivery:

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Cernucci) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

Cancelling an order:
